At present the main Export Market is Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, The Netherland, Spain, Japan & USA. The company turnover is US $ 4.5 Million. Our all buyers are wholesaler & catalogue companies. Our Office & Factory are located at Plot No. 50-P, Sector 29-Part 2 HUDA Panipat-132103. Total Land Area is 2275 Sqmtrs which have built up area more than 65,000 Sqft with all modern amenities.
The company is Partnership owned family run Business & the partners have experienced more than 40 years in Export business. The management has good knowledge of Export Quality Products & Market Trends due to long experience & we are creating every day new designs to increase the business of our buyers as well as ours. Our company has been centrally located a distance of 100 Kilometer towards North of India in PANIPAT who is well known in the name of International Textiles Business Hub in the world.
PRODUCTS & CAPACITY :– Pardeep Exports are dealing mainly in Floor Covering products like :- Cotton Woven Rugs, Cotton Printed Rugs & Cotton Tufted Rugs / Woolen Woven Rugs & Tufted / Printed/ Stone Wash Rugs, Jute Woven Rugs / Braided Rugs in Jute & Cotton, Puffs made from of Jute , Cotton, Tufted / Printed also, Jute Braided Place Mats, Runners & Basket, Cushion Covers in Woven as well in Tufted , Wall Hanging also. Company monthly capacity is 30,000 Sqmtrs per month including different items & designs.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: – We have adopted the universally acclaimed system of Quality Evaluation known as the AQL (Accepted Quality Level) based on the principles of categorizing defects as major and minor and following the acceptability ratio of the same. Our quality evaluation has been conducted time to time by our existing buyers like Japanese, Danish & Scandinavian & the Quality level has been awarded by the above buyers up to their satisfaction level between 90% to 95% in Quality Audit Reports. We are following the quality level beginning from Purchase of Material, Dyeing, Weaving, Tufting, Washing, Tumbling, Finishing, Stitching & till final Packing of the finished goods by pursuing buyer’s requirements. All the process is IN HOUSE except Yarn Dyeing & Tumbling process. We have in house facility of Printing, Curing & Enzyme Wash (Stone Wash) process. Further we have installed in our factory Hashima Needle Dedicator Machines occupied with all inspection amenities required for Japanese Customers.
ETP : – We have installed ETP for treatment of waste water used in washing of Screen Printing / Stone Washing of Rugs & Bath Mats etc dully approved by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board & we are very conscious about the Environment friendly atmosphere.
